Meet “Coach” Mark Spears
I’ve chosen the word “Coach” because of what the word represents. A “Coach” knows when to act as an advisor, consultant, trainer, or cheerleader. I’ve played in organized athletics for 15 years and looked up to almost all of my coaches with the greatest of respect. They had my best interest at heart. My staff and I will do the same for you and your organization.
I’ve served as the leading sales advisor for many years within the automotive industry. I became the regional training director for a major automotive corporation and that led me to becoming a vice president at a bank. Seems like an odd combination of experiences, but that is a major part of why serving as your “Coach” is a perfect fit. I’ve been in the trenches, in leadership, and everything in between.
